It is hard to believe that 12 years have passed since he was called home to God and not a day goes by where I do not think of him and speak to him!
He was a great man, a wonderful father, and my best friend. I always felt loved and safe with him in my corner and he encouraged me to do so much despite my fears and hesitancy as a child.
He was truly a special person who overcame a lot and gave everything he had to his family!
I know you are in Heaven, Dad, watching over us and in peace, and I miss you today like it was 12 years ago!!
